Our Support Policy
We understand that the pressures of completing filings within tight deadlines can be substantial. We do not intend to leave you stranded as your filing deadline draws near.
Our support personnel are available to help you if you encounter difficulty completing your filing requirements. If you reach a point during the preparation of your
filing where you need our assistance, please keep the following items in mind:
- Our staff will provide assistance for any technical difficulty encountered using our software.
- Our staff is not qualified to give legal advice pertaining to your filing and therefore our staff will not offer legal advice.
- We recommend preparing your filing early to avoid last minute complications.
- It is your responsibility to verify the correctness of your form prior to filing
- We have no control over the timeliness or general availability of the EDGAR system
- If you are unfamiliar with our system or would like a refresher, we invite you to attend training. Please contact the Support Team for a list of upcoming training sessions.
- Clients are responsible for owning and maintaining filer credentials (CIK & CCC codes).
